These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kollab website (kollab.tr), mobile apps, the brands portal (brands.kollab.tr), and all related services (the "Services") provided by Kollab Bilişim Teknolojileri ("Kollab").
By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kollab.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Turkish law. If using on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate, current and complete info; keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
- Notify us at hello@kollab.tr about unauthorized use.
- One person/entity per account; no sharing.
3. The Services
Kollab connects creators with brands for paid collaborations. We provide tools for media kits, brief management, deal tracking, payments, performance analytics, and AI-assisted workflows. Kollab is a neutral facilitator, not a party to any deal between brand and creator.
4. User Content
"User Content" means anything you upload to Kollab — media kit assets, profile info, briefs, messages.
4.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights.
4.2 License to Kollab
You grant Kollab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.
4.3 Your Representations
You represent that you own or have the rights to your User Content and it does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Connected Third-Party Platforms
You may connect TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to import public stats. By connecting you agree that:
- You authorize Kollab only the scopes shown during OAuth.
- You will comply with the third-party platform's own Terms.
- You can revoke access from Kollab Settings → Social Accounts or the third-party platform.
- Kollab does not post on your behalf, does not access private messages.
For TikTok specifically: Kollab uses TikTok Login Kit and the Display API only to retrieve your public profile statistics and public video metadata. We comply with the TikTok Developer Terms.
6. Subscriptions, Payments, Refunds
- Free and paid plans are listed at kollab.tr/pricing.
- Payments are processed by Iyzico or PayTR (both BDDK-licensed). You authorize recurring charges until cancelled.
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan; takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: 14-day full refund window for new subscriptions per Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- App Store / Play Store purchases follow the respective platform's refund policy.
- Prices include 20% Turkish VAT (KDV) where applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Kollab for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
- Upload infringing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or privacy-invasive content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
- Manipulate follower counts or fabricate engagement metrics.
- Send spam or harvest user contacts.
- Reverse engineer or extract source code.
- Use automated bots/scrapers without prior consent.
- Probe or test Kollab security without authorization.
- Interfere with proper operation of the Services.
- Use Kollab to build a competing product.
8. Intellectual Property
The Kollab name, logo, website, apps, and all original non-user content are owned by Kollab Bilişim Teknolojileri. You may not use Kollab brand without prior written permission.
9. Termination
- Delete your account anytime: Settings → Account → Delete account, or email kvkk@kollab.tr.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements.
- Sections that by nature survive (IP, Indemnification, Liability, Governing Law) continue post-termination.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse any user, brand, or creator.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kollab's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Kollab in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ₺100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kollab from claims arising from your User Content or violation of these Terms or any law/third-party right.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are brought exclusively in the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices, except that consumers may use the consumer arbitration board or consumer court in their place of residence under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
14. Changes
Material changes are notified by in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect.
15. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: these Terms + Privacy Policy.
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver: failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate/successor.
- Force majeure: we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
